All lines run over the BT network, and regardless of whether you operate ISDN 30e, ISDN 2e or analogue lines, your support is handled by Positive ICT. Should at any point, you require assistance or experience any problems with your lines a we send a BT Engineer to resolve the issue for you.

Analogue Lines are often used in an environment where a single telephone line is required. These lines are often used for fax, modem or single user telephone lines.

ISDN 2e is used in scenarios where 2 people are required to make/receive calls simultaneously using the same telephone number. An ISDN 2e may be paired with a secondary ISDN 2e to provide a solution where up to 4 people can be on the phone at any concurrent time, in conjunction with the appropriate telephone system. Please ask one of our advisors about pairing such lines and their purpose.

The ISDN 30e is utilised by our larger customers where there are more than 8 people who are on the phone at the same time. The minimum number of channels available on the ISDN 30e is 8 channels with a maximum of 30. This may be combined with multiple different ISDN 30e lines increasing this figure and running in conjunction with services such as DDI ranges.
